"Sweet Pie" Feeding Your Mind, Body and Spirit- 5:15pm-6:15pm

SweetPie

SWEET PIE is like the dialogue women have while sitting around the table eating dessert, after drying the last dish.  It’s a time for sharing deep thoughts and feelings women often keep to themselves because no one else would understand (or so we think).  These are the kind of thoughts and feelings which keep us from moving forward and becoming the whole woman in mind, body and spirit.

Alice and Rita share their experiences, their challenges and their recipes for healing.  It’s called a dialogue because the women in the audience participate in the sharing and healing as well.  Some choose to talk while others choose to listen, but all are enriched by Sweet Pie.
